A Quatern- Snow People

Life halts, touch stops
Spirit, cold, encased in ice
Winter people, snow people
Frozen wastelands abound

All year round
Life halts, touch stops
Emotions snow covered
Touch ceases, need ceases

Nothing reaches them
In winter's halls
Life halts, touch stops
Winter people, frozen inside

Cut off from warmth and caring
They feel nothing but pain
Joy is denied them
Life halts, touch stops

verse
I am looking for new forms for this poem in an attempt to make it more viseral. This is one experiment

Life halts, touch stops
Self, cold, encased in ice
Winter people, snow friends
Frozen wastelands abound
All year round

Personalities in ice
Emotions snow covered
Touch ceases, need ceases
Nothing reaches them
In winter's halls

Winter people, frozen inside
Cut off from warmth and caring
They feel nothing but pain
Joy is denied them
There is only ice
